What to do when your vision or dream seems super dead

You know when you were all young, wide eyed and naive and had big dreams of becoming a doctor, a dentist, being a successful business owner, getting married, starting a family with your husband, not falling into the same toxic relationships. You know, you had those big lofty goals and then they came crashing down.. MAYDAY MAYDAY!

We'll I've had many dreams die. Some have come back to life again and others havent.
